The medical assistant was terrific - friendly, professional and listened. The PA was not that way. Did not even bother to listen to my chest. Because of that did not hear wheezing. Did not read my chart. Cookie cutter treatment. I will find a different urgent care.

I needed my physical done or else i wouldn’t be able to go back to work and i was able to schedule an appointment for same day. I never been there before but before i went in, i pre filled out paper work. When I got there, I didn’t even have to wait, they took me right in at my scheduled time and i was out in less then 25 minutes!

Sorry to say my Rx was not called into my pharmacy and the North Haven phone number on the invoice and on line is not a working number???? How do I get the Rx that I need???

I had to book a preop physical and was able to get an appointment right away. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was quick and easy in and out  staff was great  care was great  check in and scheduling was easy  everyone was attentive  the provider listened to you and was hands on they make you feel very comfortable  it feels very welcoming  I will go back anytime and definitely recommend

Everybody was wonderful. I wish I knew their names. I can’t remember they took me right in and they were very pleasant. My blood pressure was up so she made sure she took it again. I highly recommend them.

I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A. There was very little wait time and I felt as though everyone genuinely cared for my wellbeing. Would recommend to anyone needing urgent care services.

I went through the walk in. It was very easy. I was in and out of there within maybe 20 minutes. I was ordered medication and hopefully I’ll be feeling much better in a couple of days! I would definitely recommend their services.
