Staff was exceptional, and professional. From the Medical Assistant to the Primary Care Physician all took the time to listen and address my concerns. I would definitely recommend this facility.

It was very easy scheduling, and the staff was very knowledgeable. It made the visit easy thank you.

I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A. There was very little wait time and I felt as though everyone genuinely cared for my wellbeing. Would recommend to anyone needing urgent care services.

The medical assistant was terrific - friendly, professional and listened. The PA was not that way. Did not even bother to listen to my chest. Because of that did not hear wheezing. Did not read my chart. Cookie cutter treatment. I will find a different urgent care.

Sorry to say my Rx was not called into my pharmacy and the North Haven phone number on the invoice and on line is not a working number???? How do I get the Rx that I need???

I needed my physical done or else i wouldn’t be able to go back to work and i was able to schedule an appointment for same day. I never been there before but before i went in, i pre filled out paper work. When I got there, I didn’t even have to wait, they took me right in at my scheduled time and i was out in less then 25 minutes!

I was looking for a Covid test and this place has it their staff was so nice and friendly

It was quick and easy in and out  staff was great  care was great  check in and scheduling was easy  everyone was attentive  the provider listened to you and was hands on they make you feel very comfortable  it feels very welcoming  I will go back anytime and definitely recommend
