When I checked in, they were very very nice. Ask me everything that I need they needed. Everything went well. The staff was amazing and the care was also great. I was very happy

Woke up with this rash type of thing on my forehead and my eye was hurting as well. Decided to walk in and they took care of me in a snap. My second time coming here. I love this place. They're fast and professional but most importantly great doctors.

First would like to say like to everyone working the day I came in. Had a bad fall and had to have stitches removed. Place was very nice and clean got an appointment right when I needed it. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The doctor and the pa on site were very friendly, kind and considerate of all my needs. I also had to have X-rays done to check something I didn’t feel when I fell a week before. With no problem they were also done and thankfully all was ok. I definitely will go back the next time for either me or a family or friends.  Ty so much Nicole

Easy Checking In, Friendly Staff, little to no waiting time. Love the apps too, you can see how many is ahead of you aka “waitlist” love the experience. Definitely will come again when there’s urgent care needed.

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.

The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.

Back staff medical asst and doctor were so nice. Front desk seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Spoke to me like they were half asleep.
