Hello, I’m writing to express a concern regarding my recent visit to your urgent care. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience during the blood draw. The person who attempted to draw my blood had to stick me three separate times before successfully collecting the sample. The experience was painful and made me feel very uncomfortable. I understand that sometimes blood draws can be difficult, but I did not feel confident or comfortable with the way the procedure was handled. I would appreciate it if this concern could be reviewed. I went I for a couple of issues.  The woman who took my vitals was friendly and competent. Then the resident or PA who saw me was friendly and thorough.  She then called in the doctor who seemed more knowledgable.   They gave me one of the Rx that I thought I needed.said they were going to give Me two But Forgot The second.

Incredible experience! The ma working reception was great. The doctor was amazing, caring, responsive, and helpful! I will definitely be going back to this location in the future and think the staff members deserve praise! The ma who checked me before the dr was also very kind and cheerful. Check in was easy and I appreciated them redoing my drs note to have the verbiage needed by my job.

I highly recommend AFC Saugus. I came in on a Saturday morning and was one of the first patients in the clinic. They attended to me quickly and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The physician was easy to work with and attentively listened to my concerns and addressed the symptoms I was experiencing. AFC Saugus will be my top choice should I need medical assistance in the future.

Very clean and efficient. Med asst Danny and the PA were awesome & friendly as was the front desk staff. I would definitely go back. I waited about 15 minutes. I was a walk in.

I walked in and the waiting was very little. Staff was amazing, The PA Sam was very professional and compassionate removed a cyst. The clinic was very clean and organized.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.
