Knew I had to be seen for a sinus infection.  I booked an appt for first thing in the morning on Saturday. Online checkin for insurance and ID was a breeze. Arrived Saturday, greeted by Mahalia, who was pleasant, welcoming, and professional.  I was taken in the room by Desiree, she was knowledgeable and cheery. The whole appt was less than 45 mins ! Great establishment ! Caring people! Very efficient!

I highly recommend AFC Saugus. I came in on a Saturday morning and was one of the first patients in the clinic. They attended to me quickly and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The physician was easy to work with and attentively listened to my concerns and addressed the symptoms I was experiencing. I had symptoms of a sinus infection. Walked in at about 645pm filled paperwork,saw doctor and was out about 720pm. went to pharmacy to pick up script. All the staff that I interacted with were courteous, friendly and professional. I rate the overall experience an A+.

Incredible experience! The ma working reception was great. The doctor was amazing, caring, responsive, and helpful! I will definitely be going back to this location in the future and think the staff members deserve praise! The ma who checked me before the dr was also very kind and cheerful. Check in was easy and I appreciated them redoing my drs note to have the verbiage needed by my job.
