I was recently referred to primary walk in by a family member and was pleasantly surprised with how well the front staff treated me. I met with a PA and Dr. Vafidis and couldn’t be happier with the level of care I received. The physicians and staff are extremely knowledgeable in their profession! I am so glad that this place is here and you don't have to go to an emergency room in a hospital and wait forever the wait time was expected you know usually there for a couple of hours but that's everything all together I went in with a really bad lung infection and they were so kind and understood all my conditions I want to thank Dr Artemis panogopoulos she treated me so excellent right on point with everything whatever I needed for my condition she said she could do it get my prescription no problem I felt like I was really taken care of and that means a lot to me so I just wanted to put it out there to give her a thumbs up and everybody else was very very good

We have always had very good luck with this Urgent Care. They are thorough and listen to symptoms, and in one case, took an x-ray of my child's leg to find out why it was hurting. We are lucky that x-ray was done, because it allowed us to get the care that our child needed. Thank you!
