I was treated by Dr. Debra Dale Walek. I had a swollen knee that really hurt. There were multiple possibilities as to the cause. The Dr. Listened intently to me and considered all factors. IMO her critical thinking skills were awesome. It was obvious she really cared. I was so lucky to find Atmed. We were from out of town, so we were not sure what we would get. I went to urgent care in Leominster at 6:45 this evening. I can not believe how great the care I received there was. Ligia was pleasant, patient and determined to help me with my ear problem. She could have easily given me drops and told me to come back after a few days, especially being almost closing time on a Friday evening. She did just the opposite! She worked on me until I could literally hear again. When I complimented her she said “I’m just doing my job”with a smile on her face. She was more than just “doing her job” she was being a true professional. Couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at the Urgent Care near Marshall’s. Thank you!

This was the fastest I’ve ever been taken care of and treated at an urgent care. Came in for stomach issues, within two hours I had been seen, had some testing done, and was hooked up to IV. This would’ve taken over 5 hours had I gone anywhere else, compliments to the Nurse who did my IV (I had never gotten one before) she had an amazing personality and made everything seamless and comfortable
