We go go here often enough. Everyone is friendly and professional. Staff has been great all around. Care and treatments, no issues. Wait times vary, sometimes quick even with many people, other times slow even when no one is there or has left, it still takes a long while before being called.

My family has been here to be tested several times and we have always been very happy with everything. The first time I went was in August and I was in a line around the building and it took 3 1/2 hours but the people were very nice. We’ve been twice since then and now they take appointments so there’s no long lines. It is a little run down inside but everyone is very professional and nice. I highly recommend this place.

A recent visit to the Gurnee Immediate Care Facility reinforced my satisfaction with North Shore. The wait to see the doctor was less than 5 minutes and the entire staff was knowledgeable and courteous.
