Girls at front desk could use some pointers in professionalism and bedside manner.

Great experience as usual, always very much on schedule, and friendly staff.

Staff was exceptional, and professional. From the Medical Assistant to the Primary Care Physician all took the time to listen and address my concerns. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

Had to go there to get a physical for my job it was fast and easy the people they were very nice bedside manner was great and very clean that's what I like keep up the good work and thank you 😀

Except for the FREEZING 🥶 TEMPERATURE of the entire place, the people & provider were great. The wait was pretty long too… but I understand there was only one provider that day even though there was only 2 people before me.

They were fantastic! Some of the kindest and most caring medical staff I’ve ever met.

EVERYONE was friendly and caring and I didn't wait. Area was very clean as well.

The medical assistant was terrific - friendly, professional and listened. The PA was not that way. Did not even bother to listen to my chest. Because of that did not hear wheezing. Did not read my chart. Cookie cutter treatment. I will find a different urgent care.

I have to say a HUGE thank you to the staff at this location. During this crazy time of Covid-19, they were cheerful, thorough, and just downright pleasant. From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. I was presenting with some respiratory concerns, and they made me feel safe, and gave me a sound mind. Thank you again.

This is the best place. They are very caring and attentive to your issues. There is not a lot of waiting at all. They had great personalities and made you feel welcome.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.
