Scheduling was super easy. The wait was a bit longer than anticipated but once I got in Charity was excellent. I felt like she listened to my concerns and provided me with excellent care.

The experience was okay except i paid out of pocket $250 for the visit and the out of pocket for the wrong meds, just to still have a huge issue due to being misdiagnosed. terrible

Was misdiagnosed with pharyngitis when I had a strep throat, swollen glands. Could not swallow because throat was so sore. Returned two days later and was diagnosed with covid and was given script for paxlovid and was not told to stop taking coumadin. Two days later went to another provider and was given penicillin for strep throat. Two days later went to ER with internal bleeding.

Went to urgent care, because I had a sore in my nose which was red and swollen and very painful. I went to urgent care, the staff was great, I didn’t have to wait long, the Dr came in she stood at the door way, glanced at my nose, didn’t even look inside and said u have a infection, she spent 30 seconds with me and stood in the doorway, wrote a prescription and left. I will never go back to that center or recommend anyone. I worked at Sloane Kettering for forty two years, I am totally aware how a dr should present herself, she didn’t introduce herself or entered the room and closed the door. No way to present your self to a patient.

Upon receiving instruction to get a physical and pre-screen drug test done and where to get it done was lingering in my thoughts for a few hours, nevertheless, I played on my braveness and decided to make a move. When I arrived, there were three staff there. They took great interest in filling me in from the check-in point to the completion of my visit. I was so overwhelm and want to say thanks so much, keep up the good work. I will recommend this pkace anytime.

Had to go there to get a physical for my job it was fast and easy the people they were very nice bedside manner was great and very clean that's what I like keep up the good work and thank you 😀

First time at urgent care, staff was very nice n quick helpful. Doctor was kind n understood  issues. N arranging test quick. Good place to go to. The care was very good too.

Came in thinking I had strep throat. I have covid. No meds given or input as to current guidelines for quarantining, etc.--but I must admit I forgot to ask until I got home. Perhaps a hangout/some paperwork would have been nice

I had a small rash on my right foot which started to become a group of  blisters. I was worried it might be poison ivy. I was given a steroid cream.
