Love this place. Fast and friendly and knowledgeable!

I needed my physical done or else i wouldn’t be able to go back to work and i was able to schedule an appointment for same day. I never been there before but before i went in, i pre filled out paper work. When I got there, I didn’t even have to wait, they took me right in at my scheduled time and i was out in less then 25 minutes!

Took my son for an eye infection and they where Very fast and staff was friendly definitely recommend them. Thank's

Except for the FREEZING 🥶 TEMPERATURE of the entire place, the people & provider were great. The wait was pretty long too… but I understand there was only one provider that day even though there was only 2 people before me.

Sever pain on stomach, review of interview resulted in the immediate attention to my gallblatter. At hospital. Now for the removal of same..

Super easy to schedule an appt - friendly staff got me in and out

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider. Attentive doctors that listen to concerns and provide detailed and helpful information. They take both physical and mental health into consideration.

You should be able to schedule a dot physical if the provider is available .

Girls at front desk could use some pointers in professionalism and bedside manner.

Sorry to say my Rx was not called into my pharmacy and the North Haven phone number on the invoice and on line is not a working number???? How do I get the Rx that I need???

The staff was very courteous, friendly, and very attentive!

I went through the walk in. It was very easy. I was in and out of there within maybe 20 minutes. I was ordered medication and hopefully I’ll be feeling much better in a couple of days! I would definitely recommend their services.

I have to say a HUGE thank you to the staff at this location. During this crazy time of Covid-19, they were cheerful, thorough, and just downright pleasant. From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. I was presenting with some respiratory concerns, and they made me feel safe, and gave me a sound mind. Thank you again.

Everybody was wonderful. I wish I knew their names. I can’t remember they took me right in and they were very pleasant. My blood pressure was up so she made sure she took it again. I highly recommend them.
