Was misdiagnosed with pharyngitis when I had a strep throat, swollen glands. Could not swallow because throat was so sore. Returned two days later and was diagnosed with covid and was given script for paxlovid and was not told to stop taking coumadin. Two days later went to another provider and was given penicillin for strep throat. Two days later went to ER with internal bleeding.

Was pleasantly surprised to have access to a preventative annual physical exam with very little advance notice.  Staff at every stage very professional.

Scheduling was super easy. The wait was a bit longer than anticipated but once I got in Charity was excellent. I felt like she listened to my concerns and provided me with excellent care.

Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider. Attentive doctors that listen to concerns and provide detailed and helpful information. They take both physical and mental health into consideration.

They followed through on all the basic health care tests and questions. Listened to my concerns and helped me determine the best medical care and medication I need to feel better.

I do not normally write reviews of any sort, good or bad. However, our experience being here HAD to be recognized. I dont think I have ever come across this level of care. It was STELLAR. My 17 yo daughter had been really unwell with a really bad head cold and really really uncomfortable throat and tonsils. Ran all the usuals, and not so usuals, and everything determined to be viral. Noticing how truly upset and uncomfortable she was, they did not stop there. Dr Gordon and his staff made sure she was at least going to feel better real soon. I could not be happier with the presence of focus, attention and bedside manner this Dr and staff showed us. KUDOS! You guys are true standouts to treatment above and beyond. Thank you.

Super easy to schedule an appt - friendly staff got me in and out

I woke up my son wasn’t feeling well, I walked in and was ask to book appt online and in min I was seen.

Another great visit with Dr. Marshall. Time and time again Dr. Marshall comes through with a fantastic communication style, truly explaining what the problem is  and what will happen. And it’s also very evident that he cares about being a great doctor and getting great results for the patients. One of the only doctors I’ve ever met that truly bridges the gap between clinical and caring.

It was a quick and easy process! Dr. Adam, Aisha and Ynnalizz were AMAZING!! they made me feel comfortable and made sure I was all set to go.

I went through the walk in. It was very easy. I was in and out of there within maybe 20 minutes. I was ordered medication and hopefully I’ll be feeling much better in a couple of days! I would definitely recommend their services.

Came in thinking I had strep throat. I have covid. No meds given or input as to current guidelines for quarantining, etc.--but I must admit I forgot to ask until I got home. Perhaps a hangout/some paperwork would have been nice

Team here are always welcoming and helpful. Booking an appt online is very easy and they accept walk-ins! They always go above and beyond,highly recommend this urgent care!! The provider Palanca  is one of a kind.

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.
