There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Needed a DOT physical quickly. Scheduled one via the website before the office opened. I was met by friendly staff,and as soon as I was done with the paperwork, I was taken back. Staff was courteous, professional and friendly. Dr Narshall was hus usual cheerful self. The entire process was easy and pleasant.

We walked in so it was a simple process. The office was clean and tidy. The check process is where it went wrong. The lady at the desk was very unprofessional and rude. No greeting, smile, customer service training. Her appearance was sloppy as if she didn't care she was coming to work. She had her ear buds in while assisting people. You had to either assume what to do, or from prior visits knowledge, because no instruction was provided. She looked miserable. The only time she was nice was when the delivery guy brought her food, that she ate at the desk. She makes it's very clear that she doesn't care for her job. She makes you feel bad for making her work. As if she's used to just sitting there and intimidating everyone from wanting to come in for assistance. The MA that assisted the doctor was amazing. DR. Was amazing. This would be a wonderful place if there was better staff.

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
