They are good with follow ups and more than anything they take your condition seriously before it gets worse ! I came to Providence Urgent Care at lunchtime and had expected to have a long wait but to my surprise it was only 15 minutes. The reception staff and intake nurse plus Doctor were all professional and efficient. Facilities were very clean.
