I don’t think it really matters to book an appointment. I booked for 10:45a and wasn’t seen until 12:30p Perhaps this was one of those unusual things like too short of staff. I was charged $50 twice because the first card I used they told me there was a glitch in their system so I used another card only to find out that the first card went through. I am still waiting on reimbursement from January 5. I spoke with Kiara and sent her the documentation showing that they received both payments. I have yet to hear from her as of January  21. This is unacceptable and poor customer service!

Very nice professional atmosphere and staff. Staff was very kind i walked in as a walk in and was in and out in less than about 40 mins

The guy at the front desk was very helpful with an insurance problem.  The nurse was very friendly.  The doctor was great and explained everything that I needed to know.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
