Awakened w a sore throat, pounding headache & cough. Think a fever too. Wonderful staff here. Felt very well taken care of. I would highly recommend them.

Walked in and was seen right away.  Staff was nice and the Dr was also very nice and caring

The front desk staff and nurse were super friendly and nice. The xray machine wasn't working at this facility, which they really should let the patient know before they make an appointment.. I was seen by a nurse practitioner, Kamaal I believe.  She seemed nice, however, she didn't seem too concerned and asked minimum questions. I don't feel like my concern was  fully addressed/resolved.  I should have just gone to my primary care instead of paying $100 copay only to be told, "just keep up with warm fluids and come back again if it gets worst", because it's just that easy to come back and pay another $100 copay again. I drove about 18 miles to get seen at this location because appointments at the clinic near me get booked super fast.. I mentioned that to the provider that I don't want to drive this far again just one day later..and I was told "try making an appointment a day before near you then" (because clearly, I didn't try that and chose to drive that far in snowy weather). Last time I was sick with this horrendous cough and phlegm, a provider at different location told me exactly the same that it's just a viral, only for me to end up at my primary care the next day who diagnosed me with pneumonia! I see a similar review here from another patient ending up with pneumonia because your provider here, misdiagnosed her.. I sure hope the nurse practitioner didn't miss anything.. I couldn't ask for x-ray anyway, since it wasn't working at this location. I did mention to her that last time with exact same thing, I was prescribed antibiotics and she brushed it off saying "it's just a viral".. Not sure how she decided on that when she didn't even do an xray.  I was not all satisfied with my treatment by this provider at this location. Multicare Indigo, you need to fix your mistakes and train your providers, instead of copy pasting the same response to all the low rating reviews. Looking at the reviews here, no wonder this location always has multiple appointments available as compare to other locations.

They all were wonderful. I had an emergency and had to leave quickly and they really processed me through and took care of me. I appreciate it.

I feel bad because I do not remember her name but the doctor was a very nice. So kind towards the sensitive nature of the issue. Really appreciate her.

The staff was very welcoming and kind, and they offered snacks and refreshments. The doctor himself was very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and comprehensive. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Woke up with periodic dizziness, the up shot of which was a diagnosis of simple loss of balance type dizziness. It cleared up as the day wore on and I went in for an appointment and the doctors said that’s all it was and that I probably needed some physical therapy. He said physical therapy would call me. I would recommend these folks again. They were very nice.

Needed a refill of a daily inhaler & RX Ibuprofen; got in immediately & was warmly greeted by everyone.. My Dachshund Delilah is also welcomed by Staff including Admin. Highly recommend for anyone needing Care.

The staff here are literally amazing. Literally to the front desk, medical assistance, technicians to the doctors are amazing. I honestly feel like if this was doctors office, I’d switch my medical care to this office of meeting because they were so professional and friendly. Keep up the good work guys

I went urgent care for my knee pain. Very intelligent staff with good health issues explain and help full . And counter assistance Very helpful with all staff doctor was very helpful

It was good service as I got the treatment I needed

Scheduling was easy and was there early to check in but still had to wait. My visit was pretty quick. My appointment was at 3PM. I got there at 2:45 and I left at 4. Time spent with the provider was probably less than 10 minutes.

My visit only took 2 hours (without an appointment). Once taken in the exam room they completed a thorough exam without any delays. Very pleasant staff /experience when I was not feeling good.

The staff and providers are caring, listening, polite, and respectful.  Every single time I have received care from Indigo staff, I have felt heard and cared for.

It was a great appointment and I feel like we covered a lot.  Staff and Sarah Phillips were all friendly and very helpful.
