The staff at MD is always so pleasant and amazing. This is my go to spot when I need healthcare

Woke up this morning and did workin. After 45 minutes I was already done. The nurse and the doctor were so friendly.

I needed to get a Covid Antigen test to return to work. Alexis & Norma were caring and quick. I will definitely come back in the future for other testing.

It was great I was able to make an appointment I didn't had to wait to be called staff was so helpful and friendly

Once we were seen, things were fine. However, we scheduled an appointment, got there shortly before the appointment time, and had to wait an hour and a half before we were called back. Then once we were called back, we had to wait another 45 minutes before we were seen by the doctor.  This doesn’t seem like there’s a good reason to schedule an appointment when you’re not seen until an hour and a half after your appointment time.  We have used this facility before and had to wait maybe 30 minutes, but this was really ridiculous and extremely frustrating!  In addition, I have called back several times to try to get the results of what the radiologist has said about the x-ray but because there is no one answering the phone and it is all automated there is no way to get these results unless I drive there.  There needs to be a way to contact a human being when calling. Again very very frustrating.

It was an all around great visit! I walked in and was seen promptly. The reception staff & nurse for check-in were exceptional. My doctor was even better. Thanks Rapid Med!

Scheduling was easy.  Staff was courteous and helpful

Quick check-in process. Staff was very friendly. Had to get a deep cut checked out and glued. Whole process took about 30 minutes.

Everyone was phenomenal esp the nurse practitioner that saw me. I had low wait time and she was extremely thorough and I could tell she genuinely cared about me.
