I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I absolutely abhor going to any kind of doctor or clinic, but this visit was as nice as it could have been- so a review seems necessary. Both ladies behind the counter were very friendly & on point with me as well as with the other patients who were coming & going. The doctor I saw was fantastic. Her bedside manner was kind, & her questions were thorough. She balanced a comforting sense of humor with confident professionalism. Unfortunately I can't remember her name... she was reasonably tall, if that helps :)

Check on had a bit to be desired as the girl at the check in desk treated us completely different then everyone that walked in after us. She didn't even greet us. Dr. Mark, the girl that checked vitals and the girl who did X-rays were very nice but if I based our experience on just check on I would never come back.

The gentleman that took me back to the room for weight check and vitals, was so sweet!  He gave such genuine care to me, listened carefully and without judgments. He made me feel comfortable, and understood.  I will most definitely be recommending this place to those in need of services. Thank you guys again !! The doctor was also very nice and helpful
