What is a BMP blood test?

A BMP blood test examines eight different components in your blood to see if your body is functioning properly. The metabolism, energy levels, chemical balance, and organ function are all examined in this examination. Came in for an ear infecfion they said they would prescribe me ear drops and they would’ve been ready to pick up at the pharmacy within the hour. They never sent in the prescription so I was in pain. I had to call them multiple times the next morning to ask them to fill them prescription, I’m assuming they forgot. Should have been sent in after my visit like they said they would.
