Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

Cool, Calm and Welcoming environment   Staff made me feel very comfortable especially when I had a fever and sore throat with heavy aches in my body  in this extraordinary heat . Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

This isn't my first visit to this establishment, and I keep returning because of their outstanding policies and the exceptional quality of care. The doctor who attended to me demonstrated an impeccable bedside manner and took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment, making me feel completely at ease. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking prompt medical attention, confident that they will leave feeling satisfied and well cared for.

The nurses that greeted me were wonderful. They did their jobs and were very nice and helpful. I was seen by the Dr via video. I felt I was treated nicely and got my issues heard. She was attentive and helped me out with medication
