          Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

          I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A.           The front desk in training was extremely rude . I walked in , her head was down , I’m sure she heard and saw me . If I did not greet her she would not have lifted her head to say anything . I told her the issue and before I could finish she goes “oh I would wait for her to come back because I’m just in training “ whether you’re in training or not greeting someone is common decency along with letting me know someone will be right with me . Her demeanor was completely off and unacceptable especially dealing with people in a doctors office. Everyone else was great.
