I was surprised that only after arriving I was told it would be a virtual visit. Also I do not understand why I had to pay two copays, one for each health insurance I have. The manager is lovely.

I woke up with a cough for coming first couple of days. I thought I had covet I went to the clinic to check in they took me right away treated me with dignity and very concerned for me. I was checked for strep throat covet the flu long behold I had strep throat. The staff was very caring and knowledgeable and reference to what I should do with my toothbrush I should take my medication. I was very satisfied all around. I would recommend them on a daily basis.

Staff was amazing, incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly. Time in office was minimal, was taken very good care of

I went to docs because my primary doc couldn’t not fit me in with my work schedule. I have been to docs twice and I hope I never have to go back. The cost of $50 is a lot of money each time. And both times I was there for over and hour, yesterday it was like two and a half hours. My time is just as important. The only thing good I have to say is the staff was very pleasant.

Was able to make an appt online  and was seen quickly. Everyone was friendly and professional. Great experience and pharmacy across the street!  Thank you!

My Experience at LI Urgent care in manorville was excellent. Scheduling on line was easy, very little wait time when I arrived, Establishment is modern and very clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, The PA (Nicole Gardocki) was was Great , very knowledgeable and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this provider.

All staff except for the provider were exceptional. Provider kept going on about his 55 years of experience therefore he knew better. But outside of what it must be, he could not offer any helpful advice or guidance or answer any of my other questions to save his life. I thought AFC was supposed to be about customer satisfaction… bedside manner left much to be desired here.

I was very happy when Ashley walked into the exam room! I've seen her during past visits. She is attentive, listens, asks me questions and her concern is genuine and appreciated.
