I’ve been coming here for years, basically since they’ve opened and have always had a good experience.

we are realy very happy after visiting a doctor. She heard me carefully for all the information about my complaint. It never happened to me before and I was surprised. I don't know how to explain that, just thank a god for this gift.

I was not happy after paying $200 They wanted me to do a covid test and a flu test that was not included in those $200. I didn’t have it anymore money on so I asked if I could make payment plans and there was no one available to help me with that part. I talk to the Dr on the tablet she  couldn’t hear me cause I had lost my voice so she ask the PCA to talk to her on the . I thought it was wrong because I’m the one she needs to talk to not to mention I still don’t know what’s wrong with me. Then I was told the visit was over. I find this to be very unprofessional.

I walked in without an appointment and they got me in and out in about 30 minutes or so. Everyone was very nice and friendly and efficient

I had an excellent visit: thorough, probing and exceptional follow-up. I have never had a follow-up call from an Urgent Care office and I was very grateful because I could not get a an appointment with my doctor for what I considered an important check-up. The staff’s concern was palpable and I very much needed reassurances as my breathing was labored. Next visit would have been the ER and I was able to avoid it by the Urgent Care treatment. I cannot praise the the staff enough for their expertise. KUDOS! Highly recommend.
