My own doctor was not available and I wasn’t sick enough to go to the emergency room.But I needed to be a evaluated . I contacted Hunterdon Urgent Care . They advised me to come down to be seen . From the initial phone call to my being welcomed warmly by the receptionist area I felt a sense of relief. My experience with the Nurse and the Doctor was positive and reassuring . This is the second time I have had to use Urgent Care and I heartily recommend them especially if you need to be seen promptly and your own PCP is not available . They are a great option

Having the ability to schedule my appointment prior to arrival helped with wait times. I was taken care of very quickly. The provider who treated me (doctor/physician.) was VERY nice, understanding and helpful. The only thing that was discouraging was the nurse (I’m assuming that was her roll?) that came in prior to the doctor was very rough, and seemed very miserable while taking my vitals and such. She was asking me many questions. When I redirected her because of my comfortability, she became rude. Upon her leaving the room she slammed the door. Startling me. The reasoning I was there I would think she would have thought to be more mindful. Other than that, wonderful place.

I gave the Flemington Doctor Is In 5 stars to be read. However, if I could have given them negative 5 stars, I would. When I visited them last winter, I was sick as a dog and had my formal negative Covid test results with me. Standing in front of the door, I called the number on door and got NO answer while looking at the person at the reception desk who ignore both my waving and the phone ringing. Next, I knocked on the door pointing to my phone. Finally, she answered my call and told me I need to let them Covid test me onsite, and only for CASH $70.+ I believe. Next, I called the Clinton office to see if this was a company-wide policy. The Clinton Doctor Is In was very helpful and deserves 5 stars. That office did not require that they perform their own Covid test for me to be seen. The Flemington branch my opinion Covid SCAM. Steer clear. Read comments from the many other one star ratings which describe equally frustrating experiences with this Flemington Doctor Is In such as, David R. 8/11 "This isn't medical care.
