All of the staff, in the office and the physicians, are always kind and professional. I've been here for personal and workers comp claims and they treat me with the same level of care either way.

Today was the first time I ever went to CityMD Urgent care. Vanessa at the front desk was friendly, professional and made my visit a great experience. I didn't know what to expect, and I was very pleased when walking in and waiting. Christina who showed me to the exam room and took my Vitals was amazing. At first I thought she was the Dr. She made me feel comfortable. The Dr was good as well. Thank you all very much.
