Azithromycin, Cipro could not cure my infection. Despite people would not believe it if I had throat infection or not, Teladoc gave me Keflex and it helped me but it did not cure me completely. Finally, Reliant prescribed me Bactrim for an insect bite on my spine which was not that bad but I insisted. Lucky for me. Despite Bactrim and Cipro are not good for my kidneys, Bactrim has cured my throat after 7 days. I am not planning to take Bactrim again in the future, hope I will not get infected again. I still gargle with saltwater too.
