I needed a simple laboratory test. I was in line w many pts before they opened. Could not believe how fast they were able to ck in and handle the numerous types of pts seeking care. Fast, friendly, clean and very organized. I would highly recommend this urgent care for all needs large and small. Physicians there are capable of simple tests and compliance diagnosis. The facility was astounding clean and the staff were extremely friendly. There was absolutely no wait and the Dr was very sweet and professional. If you need an urgent care facility, this is without a doubt the best place. Every other facility is dirty and busy but this is truly the dream urgent care.

At times the wait period can be a bit long, other times we get right in. Friendly informative staff kept us advised about the condition of our family member and provided a quick diagnosis and treatment plan. Great place for treatment of urgent needs and primary care!

The staff is professional but very friendly and put you at ease. I did not have to wait more than a few minutes before I was seen for treatment. The doctor was very kind and knowledgeable, and explained in detail what medication would be administered and the course of treatment that was required to resolve my medical issue. I highly recommend Urgent Care of Milford.

Had to go in today for a COVID test. We arrived early so wait to get in was relatively quick (under an hour). The test takes about 15 minutes for results. Staff was great - did standard test of vitals.
