The staff is professional but very friendly and put you at ease. I did not have to wait more than a few minutes before I was seen for treatment. The doctor was very kind and knowledgeable, and explained in detail what medication would be administered and the course of treatment that was required to resolve my medical issue. I highly recommend Urgent Care of Milford.

I have never been to a big practice where you can rotate and see whichever doctor is available and love each one of them. From the front desk to the MA’s, the NP’s, and the doctors they all treat you like family. You are not rushed, but they are efficient and value your time. You have the option to make an appointment or be seen as a walk-which makes it so convenient for everyone. The hours are very convenient, including Saturday, and the cherry on top is the super fast in-house pharmacy. They also have a lab and x-rays on-site so you don’t have to deal with the dreadful ER. ( With the walk-in they do get busy sometimes, so you may have a wait but that happens with any provider, especially the ER and urgent care.) Part of me doesn't want to submit this review because I want to keep them all to myself but everyone I refer them to has had the same experience. You won't be disappointed.

This Urgent Care is extremely well run with great medical providers. The wait time is never long and they always take the time to address your questions and concerns. This is the best urgent care in town. The hours are convenient, wait is reasonable, and staff is helpful. I’ve had the drs call a couple days later to make sure we were feeling better. Bonnie at the front desk is always so helpful!

Of course with any Urgent Care, you should expect to wait your turn. I may have waited 30 minutes, was called back and given immediate attention. The Dr. (can't remember her name) was very attentive. Didn't seem like she was in a hurry to move on. She listened and answered all my questions. W.C.
