Very professional, very clean, and I don't feel rushed. I feel like they listen to me and take their time with the diagnosis! Very kind from the front desk to the Doctor and Nurse Practitioner! If the waiting room is full and I ask how long a wait, they tell me it will be how ever long. Then I know what time frame I am dealing with and I don't mind. One Sat. morning was full and I ran an errand and came back, they called my name!! I prefer going here than to my primary care physician, which I never get to see anyway!

A gentleman came in asking for a nurse, as he felt his wife was having a stroke. The girl at the desk instructed him to go to the kiosk and enter all necessary information. She did ask the man for his wife's name. I felt there was no compassion at all for this man, who evidently was in turmoil.
