I had burned myself very badly so bad that I almost rushed to the ER thinking a walk in clinic could not handle such a burn. Upon my arrival at the Valrico Baycare, the front staff immediately began working with me to get the basic information they needed to assist me. Once most of this was obtained the Dr. seen me within minutes. The Doctors, Nurses, and staff were very helpful and have been for over a week now. They clean the wound and dress my arm every 3 days even on a Sunday this place is a life saver!!! I would like to personally thank everyone there for the Job and work they do and in the polite,and professional manner they do it. I would recommend this clinic to everyone. Thought my allergies were most likely the issue but went in over the weekend and found out that I actually had an Upper respiratory infection and needed to be given antibiotics. Best urgent care in Lakeland, FL by a long shot and luckily its right near me!
