This my 3rd time visiting Mend Urgent Care and the service has been the same, starting with the receptionist to all the staff. I have no complaints. The place is very clean and I like the fact they put partitions in the waiting area and it made me feel comfortable more so than other places I have gone were they just separate the seats.

I went there August 27th for covid testing prior to a procedure . The FNP Mendy was kind and efficient . She explained everything to me in detail . Made me feel like I was her only patient . We have always gotten fairly quick service without an appointment here. The building is old and looks old, but the staff is attentive and kind. No complaints. Great service!
