I just recently had a little scared moment I found a dark spot on my head I went to go see Michael Conrad, Vanessa his nurse who is so very kind me to the back and the wait was not long I truly I always feel comfortable when I go there and I appreciate his service he takes the time listens to you acknowledge you he make sure that you understand everything he’s going to do step-by-step he did a biopsy on my head and I was terrified of needles Michael and Vanessa make me feel so comfortable I didn’t even feel it in my results came back sooner than I expected so thank you Urgent Care for having beautiful people like Michael Conrad and Vanessa who make you feel like part of the family when you pay Urgent Care a visit

I went there August 27th for covid testing prior to a procedure . The FNP Mendy was kind and efficient . She explained everything to me in detail . Made me feel like I was her only patient .
