I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

The single best urgent care experience we have ever had.  The staff was top notch from the reception to the doctor and nurse.  Very blessed to have found this place when we were out of town and in need of care. Thank you!!

Traveling from several hours out of town and the ease of getting scheduled, the friendliness of staff, and quick diagnosis made this an incredibly easy process. It can be frustrating and scary to have one of your kiddos come down with something while traveling and UrgentCare For Kids eased alot of those worries. Dr Seema was very caring and prompt to provide a report on the xray as soon as she got back in the office on the next day.  Great to have the xray machine to diagnose  fractures for energetic kids quickly.

I went in without a reservation and was there when the opened up at 8:00 am. They took me in and registered me quickly, I was seen very soon after, and there turned out to be no sign of strep. I was very competently helped. Alex was absolutely great. She was personable and very knowledgeable with great suggestions on strategy for curing my very bad cold, including the right medicines and strategies for taking them. I was so impressed that, if I have another need to see a doctor I would go there instead of trying to secure an appointment with my GP at Methodist Hospital. I am sure I will be back at some point and I would definitely make a reservation to go when Alex was there. I recommend this health care option.

I recently visited Bellaire ER. The front desk ladies were very nice. My nurse Melissa went above and beyond to make me feel better. Lastly Dr. Quitanilla provide fast precise care to get me back on track and feeling better. Thank you all.
