I’m actually a healthcare provider and the protocol for what I was seeking was not performed. It defeated the purpose of the visit. I wasted time and money.

Everyone was extremely nice and kind. From the receptionist, down to the physician. We have found a place that we can rely on when needed.

Scheduled an appointment but was waiting over an hour despite only 2 patients in front of me to see a nurse for 2 mins. Paint stripping of the wall and run down.

The staff was very nice. I was in and out in less than an hour.

Love this facility they always go above and beyond for my kids well being they explain everything very well definitely recommend making appointment ahead time overall this is my go to urgent care

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

Check in was fast. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Kid baby didn’ friendly
