          Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to.           When a patient has an appointment, upon arrival and they check in they shouldn’t be made to wait behind a walk-in. Who chooses to hold up the line attempting to check in, while another member of their party fills out the medical forms. Receptionist she advise them to have a seat and come back up to the window once the forms are completed.

          I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.
