I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Had pain in my ear called and was told to come right in.  Checking was good I thought I would have gone in sooner to see the doctor because I had registered online but it wasn't too long of a wait.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Back staff medical asst and doctor were so nice. Front desk seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Spoke to me like they were half asleep.

When I checked in, they were very very nice. Ask me everything that I need they needed. Everything went well. The staff was amazing and the care was also great. I was very happy

Had to get a drug screening done for two employers.  I was attended to in a timely fashion.  Staffs were friendly and extremely helpful.

They were fantastic! Some of the kindest and most caring medical staff I’ve ever met.
