This isn't my first visit to this establishment, and I keep returning because of their outstanding policies and the exceptional quality of care. Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

I went in for 4 lacerations caused by mandolin slicer. I was seen quickly and sutured with care and compassion. I was also allowed to wait until my ride share arrived although the visit was over. Grateful to staff for professionalism and kindness.

Very disappointed with the care I got. Wait time was yover hour half. When I finally got called in they were nice to me. They took my vitals then covid and strep test. Waited for results which were negative. After that they didn't provide anything for my cough or sore throat. They really didn't do anything for me at all. It was a waste of time and money that I will be charged. I will reach out to my Dr tomorrow for help.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.
