Easy to check in online and make a appointment staff was friendly nurse was friendly doctor was helpful and polite and friendly only bad think they couldn't do the test I needed done and online it said nothing about if they could or couldn't do it I had to go in person to find out do the test I needed done the doctor on duty told me we're to go for the test and gave me paperwork of what had to be done

An excellent visit, but what impressed me the most was the professionalism of medical staff. The blood test was done accurately with very little pain. Last time I had a blood test (another place), they couldn't find a vein (and blamed me), then they jabbed me many times. I had big bruises and pain for months. What a difference going somewhere they know what they're doing

Urgent Care on Ridgedale was very good able to get chest xray read by a radiologist and antibiotics proscribed . Dr on call could not have been nicer or more  thorough . Thank you .

Check in went smoothly. Wait was short. Initially intake with the nurse was easy. Exam by doctor went well. I felt comfortable with everyone and was happy with the care I received.

Has a serious sinus headache. Very happy with the care. Started on antibiotics. Will be better soon. Thank you so much❤️
