Alcohol Testing near me in Waterford, Michigan

My son needed to be seen for his ear and the scheduling was great, wait time was short, the front desk people were amazing but the nurse practitioner/ Dr was not friendly at all!!! She looked in his ear and said I can’t help right now but come back in a few days and I said will I have to pay the $50 copay again and she said well it’s not my fault, do you want to sign a waiver in case he gets permanent ear damage. I said no absolutely not I just live on a small income and she wasn’t kind about it at all. I will NEVER go back if Samantha Thomas is there again!! Other than her everything else was great. Even the pharmacy technician was helpful and kind.

Great health care service all around. The check-in process went very smooth. Staff was great!  I will only come to this urgent care for my health issues.

Very professional and punctual. All staff was helpful and understanding. They actually called the next day to check in my son, which really meant a lot. We had a great experience and would highly recommend.

Best place I’ve been to thank y’all so much. The people was so nice and it didn’t take long at all

I got out of bed this morning and my right knee hurt so bad I had a hard time standing without pain.  I was given several options to look into that could help with the pain.  I would definitely recommend this provider.  She was very kind and gave me several suggestions of things to check into to, to help with my pain. I would definitely recommend this provider.

Was nice to go and get in and out in a reasonable amount of time, especially when you don't feel well. Everyone was nice and did thier best. Seemed short staffed. But still efficient. Thank you.

Dr Grace & her staff were fantastic!!! Thank you!!!

I have able to schedule on-line very easy . The staff was very friendly..
