I come here anytime I have urgent care needs. Always 10/10 .. however, today Maddie front desk wasn't welcoming and she just wasn't pleasant and I am definitely not used to that. The rest of my visit was a 10. Nursing staff and NP were great.

His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. My first experience here. Phlebotomist was running the whole show. She was friendly, professional and efficient. The only negative is that I was not able to find the cost for my blood draw anywhere online or posted within the clinic, so I was a bit shocked at the price.
