My visit only took 2 hours (without an appointment). Once taken in the exam room they completed a thorough exam without any delays. Very pleasant staff /experience when I was not feeling good.

My husband has Alzheimer’s and everyone was very professional and friendly and understanding his issues.  This is the second time we have been here and I have recommended friends go for urgent care.

They all were wonderful. I had an emergency and had to leave quickly and they really processed me through and took care of me. I appreciate it.

Staff were very friendly and professional.  Wait time was very minimal.  They scheduled appointment very quickly.  We definitely recommend this provider.

Came in today for dizziness, neck/ shoulder pain face  has redness and eyes too were red  Upon checking in receptionist was friendly and kind Back staff with doctor were so great and friendly too   ❤️I recommend

I walked into Indigo thinking I would have to wait without an appt. Well to my surprise, I got right in there. I mean I barely sat down and the called me back. I haven't had to wait to be seen, as many times that I have been there you would think I would have at least one disappointment... Nope, and today they had only one provider. I have been lucky when visiting Indigo urgent/multi care. The providers have always been caring and all other employees have been so pleasent. I recommend all that need medical attention to give them a try and I bet you come out of there with the same attitude as mine! Thank you Indigo employees for being so awesome! I will return!!

I was a walk in. So it was a 1 1/2 hour if waiting time .. and all the staff was nice and friendly and so Respectful .. and it was a great experience today.

Very easy to schedule appt for a same day. Was surprised by the fact that they are paperless and in order to view anything you have to download their app. It’s been 2 days and still no results, as for the medication you have to go on the appt and send it your self to the pharmacy otherwise you will not get it. Overall it was a good visit but it could have improved on some things for sure.

Walked in and was seen right away.  Staff was nice and the Dr was also very nice and caring

The staff was very confident and concerned about my medical problem. They were skilled intelligent and did not rush my care. The facilities were sprayextremely clean.  I had better care than if I would’ve been treated by a doctor.

I was very comfortable and I felt heard! Wait time was very minimal and the nurses and doctor are amazing. Great personalities and smiles!! A definite recommend yes

I went urgent care for my knee pain. Very intelligent staff with good health issues explain and help full . And counter assistance Very helpful with all staff doctor was very helpful

Excellent staff and easy schedule. Office staff and doctor were excellent. They took their time to evaluate problem and recommend medicines solve problem.

I went to the Urgent Care Facility on my insurance providers website and it had closed the previous September. I went to the next one one the provider’s list 8 miles away. They were not open on weekends. I went into Indigo in my town thinking I would get turned away again. Their wait was too long; but they found an opening for me at another Indigo 3 miles away. They took me in right away. I was so relieved to get my very bad cough and sinusitis addressed. They were great!

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
