Dose of amoxicillin was wrong.  Max dose for big kid and adult is 500mg twice daily for strep throat.  Doc gave 7ml bid for 400mg/5ml. That would have been over.  We are a medical family so we’re able to check that.  We are now giving her 6.25 mg twice a day two equal 500 mg twice a day with liquid amoxicillin because her weight pushed her into the adult dosing schedule.  As a medical provider, I know sometimes calculations can go awry. Consider re-checking. Our pharmacist also did not catch that.  We know that happens sometimes. However,  If your EMR does not catch that, especially consider re-checking each time.  Appreciate you being open on Labor Day.

Had a 3-4 day history of cough and head congestion. I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here.
