I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

The nurses that greeted me were wonderful. They did their jobs and were very nice and helpful. I was seen by the Dr via video. I felt I was treated nicely and got my issues heard. She was attentive and helped me out with medication

Had a sore throat for 2 days and was worried it might be something serious. Made an appt that morning. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The doctor on call was also friendly and zeroed in on my issue and provided options for managing the sore throat. Very happy with the visit.

Scheduling was very easy and check in was a breeze, a person like me from NYthat is accustomed to being seen on time and that is what I got on my time schedule, I did not sit in the exam room for long only minutes when the doctor came in. I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
