I went in for 4 lacerations caused by mandolin slicer. I was seen quickly and sutured with care and compassion. I was also allowed to wait until my ride share arrived although the visit was over. Grateful to staff for professionalism and kindness.

This isn't my first visit to this establishment, and I keep returning because of their outstanding policies and the exceptional quality of care. The doctor who attended to me demonstrated an impeccable bedside manner and took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment, making me feel completely at ease. I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !

Scheduling was very easy and check in was a breeze, a person like me from NYthat is accustomed to being seen on time and that is what I got on my time schedule, I did not sit in the exam room for long only minutes when the doctor came in. The doctor was very focused on my symptoms of why I came here, she gave me clear and full instructions on what to take and how. I am happy that I can feel comfortable coming here from being with one doctor for 18 years Let me not leave the staff and manager out very pleasant and the place was very clean.

Had a sore throat for 2 days and was worried it might be something serious. Made an appt that morning. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The doctor on call was also friendly and zeroed in on my issue and provided options for managing the sore throat. Very happy with the visit.

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!
