The staff is wonderful - the Dr took his time to listen and was very helpful.

Needed a quick appt to fit I to my work schedule - was in and out in 20 minutes.  I also felt all the staff was friendly and thorough.  Office was very clean and scheduling an appt was very easy.  This will be my new urgent care of choice

Front desk girl was so helpful and patient helping me sign in using  my phone. The PA was very professional, friendly, and explained everything thoroughly so that I understood. Highly recommend this office.

I absolutely abhor going to any kind of doctor or clinic, but this visit was as nice as it could have been- so a review seems necessary. Both ladies behind the counter were very friendly & on point with me as well as with the other patients who were coming & going. The doctor I saw was fantastic. Her bedside manner was kind, & her questions were thorough. She balanced a comforting sense of humor with confident professionalism. Unfortunately I can't remember her name... she was reasonably tall, if that helps :)

Had a strong cold, worried it might be pneumonia, it wasn’t, thankfully but I was immediately seen by the doctor and was immediately rxed and medicated. Very glad I went there! And strongly recommend it!

I have always had a very positive experience in my many visits there.The staff was friendly and effecient.The medical team was caring and had much empathy and knowledge.I was given a bottle of water and offered another.I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

My scheduling was so easy didn’t had any problem at all, went in by 3:00pm and was out by 3:20pm I’m so grateful to meet nice and friendly caring staff !!!!🙏👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.
