I walked in today and had to wait over an hour but expected.

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

Cool, Calm and Welcoming environment   Staff made me feel very comfortable especially when I had a fever and sore throat with heavy aches in my body  in this extraordinary heat . The front desk clerk super professional ! The medical assistant super professional! The Md well educated, empathetic, and made me feel like I’m in great hands . Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Quick, easy, and got what I needed. Clean office and kind staff.

Woke up feeling out of. Looked up my nearest urgent care and this location fit the bill. I got there and was able to check in in no time. I was seen within my first ten minutes there. I got a Prescription and was out of there within 30 mins. Definitely an efficient practice and  the staff has amazing bedside manner and customer service. I felt catered to and comfortable.
