Every time I have gone to the Port St. Lucie Bioreference Lab, she has been so patient, helpful, and truly takes her time to truly understand each person and their specific situation. She really cares and it shows. It has never been more pleasant to get your blood drawn! Highly recommend Paula Bigelow next time you need to go for blood work.

I arrived early for my appointment and was told to wait a bit and they would accommodate me. The tech was both registering patients and doing the blood draws. She was very methodical and completed all the patients in a timely manner. No one waited more than fifteen or twenty minutes.
