Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. Had been sick for a week battling congestion, cough and pain in chest.  From the time I walked through front door till I left the time was very quick.  No long waits.  Staff is very friendly and very attentive.  Personable which is good for people who get the “white coat syndrome”.  Highly recommend this facility.  The PA was wonderful.  Very therapeutic presence.

This was my first time at this facility. Sidney is such a pleasant person and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back if I need urgent care.

It was fast and Monique was friendly and gentle with our sleeping baby. If I need further testing I'd go back to the highlands afc urgent clinic

All went quick and easy. Fast scheduling, close to home, very kind and informative staff.

Walked in. Immediately greeted. Friendly help with checking in. Seen immediately. Nurse, reception guy, and PA were so friendly and helpful. Even the cleaning lady greeted me. PA listened and was thorough. Perfect visit all around

I scheduled an appointment to have stitches removed from a finger. I was able to get in very shortly after arrival and the physician was very friendly and professional. She removed the sutures quickly. My experience exceeded my expectations ! I would recommend Advanced Urgent Care!

Staff was great as always.   I made an appointment but it do seem to matter, I waited for 30 minutes past my appointment time.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
