Dr. Upton was a tremendous help to me. In addition to being able to prescribe the right medication for my condition, she advised me regarding lifestyle changes that might be beneficial. Above all - SHE LISTENED to me! I would certainly recommend this location to my friends and neighbors.

I made an online appointment instead of walking in. And everything was perfect! I was taken care of, received prescriptions to pickup. They are so caring and professional there. I recommend to go to Carbon Health at Eastvale Merge. Should I ever need the service again, this is my place of choice. Thanks Carbon Health! I feel so much better today!

I hesitate on saying what a great experience it was beening treated at Carbon Health Urgent Care. I'd like to keep it as my secret. Clean, great staff and over all great vibe. Scheduling - easy, Check-in respectful and friendly, Staff amazing!

Was able to make a fast easy appointment for next day online. But wait time in clinic was very long even though I did have an appointment. I think AME should do reminder messages of appointments or when patient needs testing as well.

More emphasis to be considered in sheduling appointments, especially for elderly patients. Doctor and Staff were exceptionally helpful in getting things done in a timely manner. Thanks to all

Our visit was great Took my 2 nieces to get checked. Even tho we were walk ins they were seen fast. Staff was great great customer service. Im glad I brought them here Will tell my sister so she can continue their visits here. I recommend this place for your medical care Dr was amazing

I was able to be seen right away. The attendant, Alejandra, was amazing and was able to get me seen immediately by a physician. The doctor was very helpful at informing me about medications and writing a prescription for my allergies. The doctor also listed to other concerns and gave good advice.
