So I have been dealing with this what I thought was just a cold or flu virus for 3 weeks now. Showed up between 7:05 and 7:10 and they were closed but a staff member who was walking out the door could see I wasn’t feeling very well, so they let me in and saw me on the spot. Turns out I had a sinus infection and was prescribed some antibiotics which helped clear it up. This was my 2nd trip to this urgent care in a year and must say I am thoroughly satisfied. Sometimes we just see negative reviews on places so I felt the need to share how this place went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thanks doc for making me feel like I mattered. Thanks to the lady for letting me in after they closed (thought they closed at 8).

I want to thank the terrific staff I met: Kaprice, Ron, De, & Nikki. They were patient and answered my questions concerning a PCR (72 hr.) COVID test vs. an Antigent (24 hr) COVID test. Then they administered the test I chose. I was in & out within 15 mins. I got my results the same night. I went back to the clinic to have them give me a hard copy of my results also. I recommend Well Now Urgent Care on Colerain Ave. Cincinnati, Ohio 45251 for non-critical care needs.

Myself and my large family, use this urgent care several times a year. They are always extremely friendly and understanding of whatever situation we may be going through at the time. Definitely the best urgent care in this area.

1 hour wait but honestly there’s always a long wait time in healthcare. The doctor that my daughter and I just saw made the long wait worth it. Thank you. We’ll be back.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff from the receptionist to the docs. Great bedside manner. They were able to give me something that worked right away which I could fill at the pharmacy that was right next to them. Very convenient, no waiting, good service. Able to explain to me what was going on with my body and why they were treating it the way they were. Love that they have a more holistic functional approach, which is difficult to find in the Cincinnati area.

I was a foreign visitor to the centre. I attended with my step-mum for her to receive care but little did I know that I would be back just a week later for my own treatment. On both occasions I can only describe the experience as utterly outstanding. The staff have a wicked sense of humour and you do get a sense that they genuinely care. I'm saving up for a transatlantic flight so that I can go all the way back there to annoy them the very next time that I feel unwell. Jokes aside, world-class care in a small corner of Kentucky.

Dr. McClellan was professional and knowledgeable. She was very patient and took her time listening to my concerns. She did devalue my worries but listened to me. I got an ultrasound and luckily everything was fine.The staff was friendly and the site was clean . I would recommend it to everyone and go again if I couldn’t get into my primary care Doctor .
